Our basketball club was founded in 1983. As a club, we currently offer basketball for everyone in the East region and our aim is to continue growing the number of participants. We are currently offering national league and local league basketball for our junior members and local league for our senior members.
As a club, we have grown significantly, and this is through achieving Basketball England Level 1 Accreditation Club. Adding to this we also have the Club-mark accreditation, meaning we have a clear club development plan and provide a high standard of coaching and welfare to our participants.
We believe that sport can positively impact people’s lives and as a club, we provide our members the opportunity to not just play basketball but also gain their qualifications in officiating and coaching.
We presently offer basketball for players aged 7 years old all the way through to seniors.
